DESCRIPTION
· The MLX90287 & MLX90297 are 2nd generation all-in-one single-coil fan drivers with a highly sensitive Hall sensor.
· They use AGC control for optimal low noise and high efficiency commutation control, regardless of magnetic field strength.
· The PWM input allows fan speed control, with resistor-configurable settings to adapt the speed curve to specific application requirements.

· Configurable minimum speed and speed curve (MLX90297).
· Average fan current: < 450 mA (MLX90287), < 600 mA (MLX90297).
· Motor power: 5 W (MLX90287), 7 W (MLX90297).
· Soft start, soft switching, and reverse polarity protection.
· Supply voltage range: [4.5V, 18V] (MLX90287), [3.3V, 18V] (MLX90297).
· ESD—HBM: 7 kV (MLX90287), 9 kV (MLX90297).
