· Includes internal single bit error correction code with 7 ECC parity bits for every 64 data bits.

· Available in 48-pin BGA and 54-pin TSOP Type 2 packages.

· Operates over commercial (0 to +70 °C), industrial (-40 to +85 °C), and automotive (-40 to +125°C) temperature ranges.
