Overview

DESCRIPTION

· The MURB1620CT is a Super Fast Recovery Rectifier with a reverse voltage of 200V and a forward current of 16A.

· It features FRED (Planar) wafer construction for enhanced performance.

· The device is encapsulated in an epoxy, molded plastic package with a UL Flammability Classification of 94V-0.

· It weighs approximately 1.4 grams and has corrosion-resistant external surfaces with readily solderable terminal leads.



FEATURES

· Low forward voltage drop and low power loss contribute to high efficiency.

· Maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) and working peak reverse voltage (VRWM) are both 200V.

· Maximum average forward rectified current (IF(AV)) is 16A at a case temperature of 105°C.

· Fast recovery time (Trr) of 35 ns ensures quick switching capabilities.

· Thermal resistance, junction to case (RθJC) is 2.0°C/W, and junction to ambient (RθJA) is 62.5°C/W.
