DESCRIPTION

· The NB4N527S is a versatile clock or data Receiver/Driver/Buffer/Translator designed to convert AnyLevelTM input signals (LVPECL, CML, HSTL, LVDS, or LVTTL/LVCMOS) to LVDS.

· It supports data or clock signals up to 2.5 Gb/s or 1.5 GHz, making it suitable for various system designs and transmission line media.

· The device features a wide input common mode range and internal 50Ω termination resistors, enabling it to translate differential or single-ended signals to 350 mV LVDS outputs without external components.

· Packaged in a compact 3 mm x 3 mm QFN-16, it is ideal for applications requiring minimal jitter and small package size.
