DESCRIPTION

· The NB4N527S is a versatile clock or data Receiver/Driver/Buffer/Translator capable of translating AnyLevelTM input signals (LVPECL, CML, HSTL, LVDS, or LVTTL/LVCMOS) to LVDS. It supports data rates up to 2.5 Gb/s and clock frequencies up to 1.5 GHz, making it suitable for high-speed data transmission and logic interface applications. The device features a wide input common mode range and internal 50 Ω termination resistors, eliminating the need for external components. It is housed in a compact 3 mm x 3 mm QFN-16 package.
