DESCRIPTION

· The NB7VQ14M is a high-performance differential 1:4 CML fanout buffer with a selectable Equalizer receiver.

· It compensates degraded signals transmitted across FR4 PCB backplanes or cable interconnects, operating up to 8 GHz or 14 Gb/s.

· Outputs four identical CML copies of the input signal with a 1.8 V, 2.5 V, or 3.3 V power supply.

· Reduces Inter-Symbol Interference (ISI) caused by losses in copper interconnects or long cables.

· Features an Equalizer Enable pin (EQEN) to control the Equalizer function.
