DESCRIPTION

· The NC7SV57 and NC7SV58 are universal configurable logic gates in tiny footprint packages.
· Designed to operate for V_CC=0.9 V to 3.6 V.

FEATURES

· Operates at V_CC from 0.9 V to 3.6 V.
· Propagation delay (t_PD) of 2.4 ns at 3.3 V (Typ).
· Inputs/Outputs are over-voltage tolerant up to 3.6 V.
· Supports partial power down protection with I_OFF.
· Capable of sourcing/sinking 24 mA at 3.3 V.
· Available in SC-88 and MicroPak^TM packages.
· Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS compliant.
