DESCRIPTION
· The NCD2400M is a dedicated electronic calibrator for oscillators, designed for reliable performance up to 105ºC, suitable for OCXO applications. It supports both series and shunt configurations for various tuning circuit topologies. Capacitance trimming is digitally controlled via an I2C Fast-mode compatible interface, with default settings stored in reprogrammable non-volatile memory.

· 512-state digital programmable capacitor.
· Series or shunt configuration with Cshunt from 12.5pF to 194pF and Cseries from 1.7pF to 194pF.
· 2-wire I2C Fast-mode compatible serial interface.
· EEPROM non-volatile memory.
· Wide power supply range from 2.5V to 5.5V.
· Operational ambient temperature up to 105ºC.
· Compact 2 x 2 x 0.65 mm 6-pin DFN package.
