DESCRIPTION

· The NCN9252 is a DP3T switch designed for combined UART and USB 2.0 high-speed data applications.

· It enables portable systems to use a single external port for transmitting and receiving signals to and from three separate locations within the system.

· Comprises two switches, each with a single common I/O that alternates between three terminals, allowing three data sources to pass differential data through a shared USB connector port.

· Features low R_ON and C_ON, making it ideal for USB full-speed and high-speed applications requiring effective signal transmission.

· Operates with control input signals as low as 1.4 V across a range of V_CC supply voltages with minimal leakage current.

· Available in a Pb-Free, 12-pin, 1.7 x 2.0 x 0.5 mm UQFN package.
