DESCRIPTION

· The NCP4300A is a monolithic integrated circuit designed for controlling output current and voltage in switchmode battery chargers and power supplies.

· It includes a precision 2.6 V shunt reference and two operational amplifiers for voltage and current control.

· Available in an 8-lead surface mount package.

FEATURES

· Pb-Free device with low input offset voltage of 0.5 mV.

· Input common mode voltage range includes ground.

· Low supply current of 210 µA at VCC = 5.0 V.

· Medium unity gain bandwidth of 0.7 MHz and large output voltage swing from 0 V to VCC - 1.5 V.

· Wide power supply voltage range from 3.0 V to 35 V.

· Fixed output voltage reference of 2.60 V with high precision over temperature (1.0%).

· Wide sink current range from 80 µA to 80 mA.
