DESCRIPTION

· The NIS5102 is a controller/FET IC designed for +12 V applications, reducing design time and component count in hot swap applications.
· It includes a time delay for sequencing and a dual function OVLO pin for simultaneous turn-on and shutdown in parallel operations.
· Features user-selectable undervoltage and overvoltage lockout levels, and an adjustable current limit circuit without external power resistors.
· Internal temperature limiting enhances device reliability.
