DESCRIPTION

· The NSBA114EDXV6 series are PNP Silicon Surface Mount Transistors with a Monolithic Bias Resistor Network.

· These Dual Bias Resistor Transistors (BRT) integrate a single transistor and a bias network of two resistors into one device, eliminating the need for external resistor bias networks.

· Packaged in the SOT-563, they are ideal for low-power surface mount applications where board space is limited.
