DESCRIPTION

· The NSI45090DD/DNSI45090DDT4G is an adjustable constant current regulator and LED driver designed for cost-effective current regulation in LEDs.

· It utilizes Self-Biased Transistor (SBT) technology to regulate current across a wide voltage range.

· The device features a negative temperature coefficient to protect LEDs from thermal runaway.

· It operates immediately and reaches 20% regulation with only 0.5 V Vak.

· The R adj pin allows for current adjustment by connecting a resistor between R adj (Pin 3) and the Cathode (Pin 4).

· It requires no external components and can be used as a high or low-side regulator.

· The device is designed to withstand voltage surges in automotive, industrial, and commercial signage applications.

· It is available in a thermally robust, lead-free, RoHS compliant, and halogen-free package.
