DESCRIPTION

· The NSIC2020B/DNSIC2020BT3G is a linear constant current regulator (CCR) designed for A/C off-line applications, operating at 120 V with a 20 mA current.

· It utilizes Self-Biased Transistor (SBT) technology to regulate current across a wide voltage range and features a negative temperature coefficient to prevent LED thermal runaway.

· The device is capable of immediate turn-on, reaching 45% regulation with only 0.5 V Vak, and requires no external components, making it suitable for both high and low-side regulation.

· It is packaged in a robust 3 W, UL94-V0 certified format, designed to withstand high peak voltages and surges typical in industrial and commercial signage applications.
