DESCRIPTION

· The DTC144EP/D series consists of Complementary Bias Resistor Transistors (BRTs) integrating NPN and PNP transistors with a monolithic bias resistor network.
· Designed to replace a single device and its external resistor bias network, simplifying circuit design and reducing board space.
· Includes two resistors: a series base resistor (R1 = 47 kΩ) and a base-emitter resistor (R2 = 47 kΩ).
