DESCRIPTION
· The NX3DV221 is a high-bandwidth switch designed for high-speed USB 2.0 signal switching in handset and consumer applications.
· It multiplexes differential outputs from a USB host device to one of two outputs, ensuring minimal signal distortion.
· The switch is bidirectional, compatible with USB 2.0 (480 Mbps), and offers low skew and high noise isolation.
FEATURES
· Wide supply voltage range: 2.3 V to 3.6 V.
· Accepts signals up to 5.5 V with 1.8 V control logic at VCC = 3.6 V.
· Low-power mode (2 µA max) when OE is HIGH.
· Low ON resistance: 6 Ω max, 0.1 Ω typical mismatch.
· High bandwidth: 1.0 GHz typical.
· Robust ESD protection: HBM > 8000 V, CDM > 1000 V, I/O to GND > 12000 V.
· Operating temperature: -40°C to +85°C.
