DESCRIPTION

· These Hall-effect devices feature a monolithic integrated circuit with a Hall element, linear amplifier, threshold amplifier, and Schmitt trigger on a single Hallogic® silicon chip.
· Equipped with a band gap voltage regulator for operation across a wide range of supply voltages (4.5 V to 24 V).
· Provides logic level output with up to 21 mA sink current, capable of driving more than 7 TTL loads.
· Output amplitude remains constant at switching frequencies from DC to over 200 kHz.
· Uni-Polar devices activate (logic level "0") with a sufficient magnetic field from the south pole and deactivate (logic level "1") when the field diminishes.
· Bi-Polar latching devices activate (logic level "0") with a magnetic south pole and deactivate (logic level "1") with a magnetic north pole.
