· Monolithic integrated circuit with Hall element, linear amplifier, threshold amplifier, and Schmitt trigger.
· Band-gap voltage regulator for wide supply voltage range.
· Logic level output with up to 21 mA sink current.
· Uni-Polar and Bi-Polar magnetic field operation.
· Suitable for non-contact switching, brushless DC motors, and multiple pole magnets.
· B and S versions processed to MIL-STD-883 standards.
· Radiation Hardness tested up to 350 Krad (si).
