DESCRIPTION
· Monolithic integrated circuit with Hall element, linear amplifier, threshold amplifier, and Schmitt trigger.
· Band-gap voltage regulator for wide supply voltage range.
· Logic level output with up to 21 mA sink current.
· Operates from 4.5 to 24 volts, suitable for driving TTL loads.
· Uni-Polar and Bi-Polar magnetic field operation.
· Radiation Hardness tested up to 350 Krad (si).
