DESCRIPTION

· The OPT101 is a monolithic photodiode with an on-chip transimpedance amplifier, integrating both components on a single chip to eliminate common discrete design issues such as leakage current errors, noise pick-up, and gain peaking due to stray capacitance.

· It features a 0.09 inch × 0.09 inch photodiode operating in photoconductive mode for excellent linearity and low dark current, with output voltage increasing linearly with light intensity.

· Designed for single or dual power-supply operation, it operates from 2.7V to 36V supplies with a quiescent current of only 120μA.
