DESCRIPTION

· The OPT8241 is a Time-of-Flight (ToF) sensor from TI's 3D ToF image sensor family.
· It integrates ToF sensing with an optimized ADC and a programmable timing generator.
· Capable of QVGA 320x240 resolution at up to 150 frames per second.
· Features a built-in Timing Generator for reset, modulation, readout, and digitization control.

· Imaging Array: 320×240 with a 1/3” optical format and 15µm pixel pitch.
· Optical Properties: Responsivity of 0.35 A/W at 850nm, demodulation contrast of 45% at 50MHz.

· Sensor Output Interface: CMOS Data Interface and LVDS at 600Mbps.
