DESCRIPTION

· The PACUSB-D1/D2/D3 is a single-channel USB downstream-port termination network.

· It integrates EMI/RFI filter components R1 and C1, as per USB specification, and 15kW pull-down resistors (R2) to GND.

· Provides high-level ESD protection, dissipating strikes up to +15kV (IEC 61000-4-2) and +20kV (MIL-STD-883D, Method 3015).

· Available in 5-pin SC70 or SOT23 packages with optional lead-free finishing.
