DESCRIPTION

· The PI3CH281 is a 2-channel, 4:1 Multiplexer/Demultiplexer with 3-state outputs.

· It features near-zero propagation delay and no additional ground bounce noise.

· Suitable for switching high bandwidth signals up to 300 MHz.

FEATURES

· Near-zero propagation delay and 5-ohm switches for direct input to output connection.

· High signal passing bandwidth of 300 MHz and beyond Rail-to-Rail switching.

· 5V I/O tolerant with 3.3V supply, operates at 2.5V and 3.3V supply voltages.

· Capable of hot insertion and operates in industrial temperatures from –40ºC to +85ºC.

· Provides 2KV ESD protection and latch-up performance exceeding 250mA per JESD17.
