Overview

DESCRIPTION

· The 74CBTLV3257 is a quad 1-of-2 high-speed multiplexer/demultiplexer with common select (S) and output enable (OE) inputs.

· It features low ON resistance, enabling input-to-output connections without added delay or ground bounce noise.

· When OE is LOW, one switch is selected via S; when OE is HIGH, all switches are in high-impedance OFF-state.

· Schmitt trigger action ensures tolerance to slower input rise and fall times across a VCC range of 2.3 V to 3.6 V.

· I_OFF circuitry allows partial power-down mode, preventing backflow current during power-down.



FEATURES

· Operates with a supply voltage range from 2.3 V to 3.6 V.

· High noise immunity and compliance with JEDEC standards: JESD8-5 and JESD8-B/JESD36.

· 5 Ω switch connection between ports with rail-to-rail switching on data I/O ports.

· CMOS technology ensures low power consumption.

· Exceeds 250 mA latch-up performance per JESD78B Class I level A.

· ESD protection: HBM exceeds 2000 V (ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 class 2), CDM exceeds 1000 V (ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-002 class C3).

· Available in multiple package options and specified for temperatures from -40 °C to +125 °C.
