The 74LVC1G34-Q100 is a single buffer designed to be compatible with both 3.3 V and 5 V devices, making it suitable for use as a translator in mixed voltage environments. It incorporates Schmitt-trigger action at all inputs for tolerance to slower input rise and fall times. The device is designed for partial power down applications with I OFF circuitry to prevent damaging backflow current when powered down. It has been qualified to the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) standard Q100 (Grade 1), making it suitable for automotive applications.
