· The 74LVC2G17-Q100 is a dual buffer with Schmitt-trigger inputs, suitable for mixed 3.3V and 5V environments.
· It features I OFF circuitry for partial power-down applications, preventing backflow current.
· Qualified to AEC-Q100 (Grade 1) for automotive use.

· Wide supply voltage range: 1.65V to 5.5V.
· Overvoltage tolerant inputs up to 5.5V.
· High noise immunity and ±24mA output drive at 3.0V.
· Low power consumption and latch-up performance exceeding 250mA.
· Direct interface with TTL levels and ESD protection exceeding 2000V (HBM) and 1000V (CDM).
