· The PI5A4157 is a high-bandwidth, fast SPDT CMOS switch suitable for analog or low-delay bus switching. It operates over a VCC range of 1.65V to 5.5V and features an ultra-low RON of 0.8Ω at 3.0V. It is designed for mobile handset applications, allowing direct interface with baseband processor I/Os. Break-before-make switching ensures signal integrity during transitions.
