DESCRIPTION

· The PI5C3309 is a 3:1 Multiplexer/Demultiplexer with 3-State outputs, designed for direct bus connection with low On-Resistance (5-ohm) and no additional ground bounce noise or propagation delay.

FEATURES

· Near-Zero propagation delay
· 5-ohm switches connect inputs to outputs
· Direct bus connection when switches are ON
· Ultra Low Quiescent Power (0.2μA typical)
· Totally Lead-Free & Fully RoHS Compliant
· Halogen and Antimony Free. "Green" Device
· Available in 8 pin 118-mil wide plastic MSOP (U) packaging

APPLICATIONS

· Ideally suited for notebook applications
· Suitable for automotive applications requiring specific change control, such as parts qualified to AEC-Q100/101/200, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities.
