DESCRIPTION

· The PI74FCT273T and PI74FCT2273T are 8-bit octal D flip-flops with master reset, designed using advanced 0.6/0.8 micron CMOS technology.

· Features include a built-in 25-ohm series resistor on all outputs to reduce noise and eliminate the need for external terminating resistors.

· The devices are fully edge-triggered, with a common buffered Clock (CP) and Master Reset (MR) that load and reset all flip-flops simultaneously.

FEATURES

· Pin compatible with bipolar FAST™ Series, offering higher speed and lower power consumption.

· TTL input and output levels, with low ground bounce outputs and extremely low static power.

· Hysteresis on all inputs and operates within an industrial temperature range of –40°C to +85°C.
