DESCRIPTION

· The PI74FCT374T/534T/574T and PI74FCT2374T/2574T are 8-bit octal D-type registers with 3-state outputs, designed using advanced 0.6/0.8 micron CMOS technology.

· These devices feature a built-in 25 ohm series resistor on all outputs to minimize noise from reflections, eliminating the need for external terminating resistors.

· Data is transferred to the outputs on the LOW-to-HIGH clock transition, with outputs enabled when OE is LOW and in high impedance when OE is HIGH.

FEATURES

· Pin compatible with bipolar FAST™ Series, offering higher speed and lower power consumption.

· Includes a 25W series resistor on all outputs (specific to FCT2XXX series).

· Supports TTL input and output levels with low ground bounce outputs.
