DESCRIPTION

· The PT8A977B and PT8A978B/978BL provide complete control functions for remote-controlled toys.
· PT8A977B encodes signals from five function buttons (forward, backward, rightward, leftward, turbo) and transmits via SO and SC pins.
· PT8A978B/978BL decodes received signals, amplifies, checks for faults, and controls toy actions.
· Both chips feature internal oscillators adjustable with an external resistor, with a frequency relative error of less than ±25%.
· PT8A977B includes an auto-power-off function and a PC output for external power control.
