Handling and Storage

  1. Voltage and Current:Do not apply abnormal voltage or current exceeding the specified maximum values.
  2. Temperature:Use within the specified temperature range to avoid deterioration of characteristics or material.
  3. Mounting:Avoid excessive tensile stress (9.8N) between the resin case and lead.Do not apply excessive force (9.8N) to the lead to prevent breakage or cracking.
  4. Water and Solvent:Do not immerse the product in water or any solvent for cleaning.
  5. Coating:Evaluate the quality of the product before coating to avoid stress-induced failures.
  6. Soldering:Use rosin type or non-activated flux (chlorine content < 0.2%).Do not dip the body into flux; coat only the lead wire.Pre-heat without melting the soldering material.Soldering temperature: 360°C max.Soldering time: 4 seconds max per terminal.Number of soldering: 1.
  7. Storage:Store in a sealed container with a drying agent.Temperature: -10°C to +40°C.Humidity: < 75% RH (not dewing condition).Use within 6 months after shipment.

Mounting Instructions

  • Mount the device to the part where heat should be detected.
  • Ensure the product has been evaluated and confirmed after installation.
