DESCRIPTION
· The PTN3341 is a high-speed differential line driver implementing LVDS, meeting ANSI TIA/EIA-644 standards.
· Operates at 3.3V with current mode output drivers, delivering at least 250mV into a 50Ω load.
· Designed for point-to-point baseband transmission over 100Ω impedance media.
· Functions across industrial temperatures from -40°C to +85°C.

· Complies with ANSI TIA/EIA-644 Standard.
· LVDS with 350mV output across 50Ω or 700mV across 100Ω.
· Maximum channel-to-channel output skew of 200ps.
· Typical output voltage rise and fall times of 600ps.
· High impedance when disabled or VCC=0V.
· 5V tolerant inputs with LVTTL logic levels.
· Pin-compatible with AM26LS31, SN65LVDS31, SN65LVDM31, and PTN3331.
