DESCRIPTION
· The PTN3342 is a differential line receiver compliant with ANSI TIA/EIA-644 Standard for LVDS.
· Operates at 3.3V with ±100 mV differential input voltage.
· Integrated termination resistor, similar to PTN3332.
· Suitable for point-to-point baseband transmission over 100 Ω impedance media.
· Functional across industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.
FEATURES
· Supports signaling rates up to 400 Mbit/s.
· Features differential input thresholds of ±100 mV.
· Low power dissipation of 60 mW at 200 MHz.
· Propagation delay typically 2.6 ns.
· LVTTL logic output levels, pin compatible with AM26LS32 and SN65LVDS32.
· Includes on-chip termination resistors and open-circuit fail-safe.
