DESCRIPTION

· The PVG612A Series is a single-pole, normally open solid-state relay.

· It uses HEXFET power MOSFET as the output switch, driven by a photovoltaic generator.

· The relay is controlled by a GaAlAs LED, optically isolated from the photovoltaic generator.

· It is suitable for switching high currents from 12 to 48 Volt AC or DC sources.

· Available in 6-pin DIP packages with thru-hole or surface mount options.
