DESCRIPTION

· The TLP3231 is an ultra-small photorelay designed for surface-mount assembly.

· It consists of an infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a photo-MOSFET.

· Housed in a 4-pin SSOP package, it is suitable for high-frequency measuring instrument applications.
