DESCRIPTION
· The RCM14-03 is a residual current monitor for detecting DC and AC residual currents in 50Hz/60Hz AC installations.
· Designed for use in Mode 2 Electric Vehicle In-Cable Control and Protection Devices (IC-CPDs).
· Ensures supply disconnection to Electric Vehicles under AC or DC residual current fault conditions.
FEATURES
· Operates from a 12V DC supply with a 14mm CT aperture.
· Equipped with an external test facility and JST XH 2.5mm pitch connector.
· Provides "Fault" signal output and LED indication for "On" and "Fault".
· Complies with IEC62752 for DC and AC detection requirements.
· Withstands up to 3000A surge current and is ROHS compliant.
APPLICATIONS
· Suitable for DC, single phase, or multiphase installations.
· Primarily used in Mode 2 Electric Vehicle In-Cable Control and Protection Devices.
