DESCRIPTION
· The RedRock™ RR121 Series is a digital push-pull magnetic sensor based on Tunneling Magnetoresistance (TMR) technology with CMOS integration.
· It offers multiple configurations for proximity sensing, rotary sensing, and level detection.
· Features include sensitivity from 9 G to 70 G, omnipolar/unipolar/bipolar response, and a current drain of less than 200 nA.
· Operates at frequencies up to 10 kHz and temperatures from -40°C to 125°C.
