DESCRIPTION

· The RedRock™ RR121 Series is a digital push-pull magnetic sensor based on Tunneling Magnetoresistance (TMR) technology with CMOS integration.

· It is suitable for medical, industrial, automotive, and consumer applications, offering proximity sensing, rotary sensing, and level detection.

· The sensor operates with sensitivities from 9 G to 70 G and supports omnipolar, unipolar, or bipolar magnetic field responses.

· It features the world’s lowest average current drain (200 nA), operating frequencies up to 10 kHz, and a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
