· The RedRock® RR122-3C72-511/512 and RR122-3C73-511/512 are digital magnetic sensors based on Tunneling Magnetoresistance (TMR) technology with CMOS integration.
· They are suitable for medical, industrial, automotive, and consumer applications.
· These sensors operate with a sensitivity of 10 G (1.0 mT) and respond to bipolar magnetic fields.
· They support a supply voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V, making them versatile for various applications.
· Features include a low average current drain of 11 µA, an operating frequency of 2500 Hz, and a temperature range from -40°C to 125°C.
