DESCRIPTION

· The RS31211/212/309/311 devices are active circuit protection devices with an integrated MOSFET, designed to limit current and voltage to safe levels during fault conditions. The current limit level is adjustable via a resistor between ILM and ground, with a typical accuracy of ±7.5%. The device includes over-voltage protection, output voltage slew rate control, EN on/off control, and input UVLO features. It is available in a compact WSON 8-pin, 2x2 mm package.
