DESCRIPTION

· The S-5716 Series is a high-accuracy Hall effect switch IC developed using CMOS technology, designed for low current consumption.

· It detects the intensity level of magnetic flux density, changing its output voltage accordingly.

· Suitable for detecting open/close states in various devices when used with a magnet.

· Available in small SOT-23-3 and super small SNT-4A packages, enabling high-density mounting.

· ABLIC Inc. offers a magnetic simulation service to optimize the combination of magnets and Hall effect ICs, reducing prototype production, development period, and costs.

· Pole detection: Omnipolar, S pole, or N pole detection.

· Output logic: Active "L" or active "H".

· Output form: Nch open-drain output or CMOS output.

· Magnetic sensitivity: B OP ranges from 1.8 mT to 7.0 mT.

· Operating cycle: 50.50 ms (4.0 μA) for omnipolar detection; 50.85 ms (2.6 μA) for S or N pole detection.
