DESCRIPTION
· The S-UM6522E is a 32-channel SPST high-voltage analog switch IC designed for ultrasound imaging, operable with a single 5V supply.
· It supports both Serial Digital Interface and Bank Interface, compatible with HDL6M06522BN packaging and pinout.
FEATURES
· Handles analog signals from 0V to ±100V, with ±150V overshoot tolerance.
· Operates across a frequency range of 10kHz to 85MHz, with a 2A peak current per channel.
· Features 8Ω on-resistance, 40kΩ bleed resistor, and 32-bit shift registers.
· Low charge injection of 15pC to 1000pF, -75dB off-isolation at 5MHz, and -60dB crosstalk.
· CMOS logic interface from 1.8V to 5V, with embedded thermal protection and RoHS compliance.
