DESCRIPTION
· The SC16C850SV is a 1.8V low-power single-channel UART for serial data communications.
· It converts parallel data to serial and vice versa, supporting data rates up to 20 Mbit/s.
· Features include 128-byte FIFOs, modem control interface, IrDA encoder/decoder, and on-board diagnostics.
· Operates at 1.8V with Intel XScale processor VLIO interface, available in HVQFN32 package.
