DESCRIPTION
· The SC16C852SV is a 1.8 V, low power dual channel UART for serial data communications.
· Converts parallel data to serial and vice versa, supporting up to 20 Mbit/s.
· Features 128-byte FIFOs, modem control, and IrDA encoder/decoder.
· Offers internal loopback for diagnostics and programmable baud rate generators.
· Operates at 1.8 V in TFBGA36 package with Intel XScale processor VLIO interface.
