DESCRIPTION
· The SCD15PUN is a high-performance current sensor designed for precise current measurement in various applications.
· It operates with a supply voltage of +5V and is capable of measuring currents up to 15A with high linearity and accuracy.
FEATURES
· Rated current of +15A with a linearity range of +30A.
· Output voltage of 2.3V ±40mV at rated current.
· Zero current offset voltage of 0.3V ±30mV max after demagnetization.
· Output voltage linearity ≤0.5% at rated current.
· Fast response time of 7µS typical at 50 Amp/Turns/µS.
· Withstands primary overcurrent of 10X rated current for 50 mS without damage.
· High insulation resistance of 500M Ω at 500 VDC between primary coil and terminal.
· Operating temperature range from -10°C to +75°C.
