DESCRIPTION

· The Si8935/36/37 are galvanically isolated delta-sigma modulators optimized for voltage sensing with a 2.5 V input range.

· They provide excellent linearity, low offset, and gain drift, ensuring accuracy over the operating temperature range.

· High common-mode transient immunity ensures accurate measurements in high-power switching environments.

· The output is from a second-order delta-sigma modulator, clocked by an on-board oscillator or external clock, and typically filtered by an MCU or FPGA.

· Utilizes Skyworks proprietary isolation technology, supporting up to 5.0 kVRMS withstand voltage per UL1577.

· Automotive-grade versions are available, built using automotive-specific manufacturing processes.
