DESCRIPTION

· The Si8935/36/37 are galvanically isolated delta-sigma modulators optimized for voltage sensing applications.

· They feature a 2.5 V input range, excellent linearity, low offset, and gain drift for accuracy across the operating temperature range.

· High common-mode transient immunity ensures accurate measurements in high-power switching environments.

· The modulators use Skyworks' proprietary isolation technology, supporting up to 5.0 kVRMS withstand voltage.
