DESCRIPTION

· The SL23EP04NZ is a low skew, jitter, and power fanout buffer designed for high-speed clock distribution, including PCI/PCI-X applications.

· It operates from DC to 220MHz and produces up to four clock outputs from one reference input clock.

· The only difference between SL23EP04-1 and SL23EP04NZ-1Z is the OE logic implementation.

FEATURES

· DC to 220MHz operating frequency range.

· Low output clock skew: 60ps-typ.

· Low part-to-part output skew: 80ps-typ.

· 3.3V to 2.5V operation supply voltage range.

· Low power dissipation: 10mA-typ at 66MHz at VDD=3.3V, 9mA-typ at 66MHz at VDD=2.5V.

· One input to four output fanout buffer drivers.

· Output Enable (OE) control function.

· Available in 8-pin TSSOP package, Commercial and Industrial grades, and Lead (Pb) free package.
