DESCRIPTION

· The SN74ALVC7806 is a 256 × 18-bit FIFO memory with high-speed operation and fast access times.
· It operates within a voltage range of 3-V to 3.6-V V CC.
· Data is written and read on the low-to-high transitions of the load clock (LDCK) and unload clock (UNCK), respectively.
· The memory status is monitored via full, empty, half-full, and programmable almost-full/almost-empty flags.
· It is pin-to-pin compatible with SN74ACT7804, SN74ACT7806, and SN74ACT7814, and comes in a shrink small-outline package.
